Chandra Kant Purohit is a certified SAFe® 5 PO/PM at Landis+Gyr with over 13 years of proficient experience in the field of embedded software design and development. He has a good understanding of the full development life cycle and has experience in both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. Chandra has a strong command over C and C++ and specializes in 8bit, 32bit, ARM, and Cortex M core-based microcontrollers, Ti Sitara, Bare Metal coding on Ti Sitara, Linux, and IDEs such as Keil, HEW, MPLAB, IAR, Eclipse, and Code Composer Studio. Chandra's expertise also includes knowledge of various protocols such as IIC, SPI, RS232, DLMS, HDLC, Modbus, and TCP/IP. He is well-versed in communication technologies like GSM and GPRS and has experience with HMI - Qt. Chandra has a good understanding of pump monitoring systems for pump and flow calculation of pumps/turbines. Currently, Chandra is working as a Product Owner at Landis+Gyr. Prior to this, he has worked as an Assistant Manager at Elmeasure India and a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Secure Meters Limited. Chandra holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur. With almost 15 years of relevant experience, Chandra is a skilled product manager and software engineer with a strong technical background.
